Court Ordered Education Programs
New Direction provides Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) court ordered programs. We are currently providing Driving While Intoxicated Education (DWIE) while awaiting approval for the following programs: Driving While Intoxicated Intervention, Drug Offense Education, & Alcohol Education for Minors.
Our goal is to support accountability, rehabilitation, and compliance with the justice system while demonstrating compassion, respect, and confidentiality throughout this process.
Our Court-Ordered Services Include
- Court-mandated counseling and therapy
- Mental health evaluations and assessments
- Anger management and behavioral interventions
- Substance-related behavioral support (when applicable)
- Progress reports and compliance documentation
- Collaboration with attorneys, probation officers, and courts
All services are provided according to court specifications and ethical mental health standards.
